- Demonstrate first class customer service alongside exceptional relationship management
- Add value by managing complex transport networks that are able to utilise the combined participant fleets without adversely affecting core requirements
- Offer secure system enquiry and reporting packages tailored to suit the needs of all participating companies – suppliers and retailers
- Effectively manage dedicated retailer specific inventory on instruction from supplier ensuring total system and physical stock integrity
- Actively contribute to the development of reduced inventory while maintaining agreed service levels within given cost parameters.
- Accept independent arbitration when necessary to maintain credibility.
